Meet Rachel
Rachel is the owner and founder of Fine Lines by Rachel. She has a background in education, corporate training, and contract negotiation. She is a proud mama who pours everything she has into her passions. She began tattooing in 2021 and loves this industry incredibly.

Rachel specializes in floral designs, vines, and all organic elements (but also kicks butt with all designs ;)).
Rachel also teaches fine line tattoo as well as permanent jewelry.
Meet Kourtenie
With over a decade of experience in the Portland beauty industry, Kourtenie began her journey in esthetics after graduating from the Aveda Institute of Portland in 2015.
Kourtenie became licensed in cosmetic tattooing in 2020 and joined a top-rated studio, where she specialized in lip blush treatments for three years. During that time, she built a reputation for precision, artistry, and consistently beautiful results.
Today, Kourtenie specializes in lip blush, ombré powder brows, and fine line tattoos, blending her technical skill with an eye for detail to create custom looks that enhance and empower.
