Cancellation Policy

Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment, regardless of notice timeline. We require a 72 hour notice if you decide to reschedule your appointment, to avoid forfeiting your deposit. You are permitted one reschedule before losing your deposit. If you reschedule for a second time, you will lose your original deposit, and have to re-book with a new deposit.
